Become a member of Scone Race Club and enjoy exclusive benefits throughout the 2027 racing season, including access to race meetings, member facilities, and special privileges at the Scone Racing Carnival.
Our Membership year runs from January 1 to December 31 each year.
Scone Race Club has reciprocal rights arrangements (excluding Cup and/or Carnival days) with all Member Clubs of the Hunter & North West Racing Association, plus the Newcastle Jockey Club and Australian Turf Club. Each Club determines their own access rights and fees, so it is recommended you contact the Club you wish to visit in advance to confirm arrangements and avoid disappointment.

Reciprocal members attending Scone Race Club race meetings are entitled to complimentary admission and access to the Members & Owners Pavilion. Please note: reciprocal rights do not apply to the Scone Racing Carnival. Complimentary entry, Members' Precinct access, parking privileges and other Carnival-specific member benefits are reserved exclusively for current Scone Race Club members and their eligible guests. Reciprocal members wishing to attend the Scone Racing Carnival must purchase the appropriate admission or hospitality package.

In addition to the standard membership benefits, each financial member and their nominated guest will receive on both Carnival days: complimentary General Admission entry, access to the exclusive Members' Precinct, a VIP Members' Parking Pass, and priority pre-sale access to hospitality packages before public release.
Membership FAQs
Do I need an account to renew?
Yes - the first time you renew online, the form creates your member login as part of the process. From next season, renewing is simply a matter of logging in, checking your details and paying.
I'm a current member - do I use the application form?
No. Current members renew through the renewal page, which doesn't require Board approval. The application form is for people joining the Club for the first time. If you accidentally apply as a new member, don't worry - no harm done, just let the Club know and we'll set it right.
I applied as a new member - when does my membership start?
New applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors at its next monthly meeting. You'll receive an email once a decision has been made, and if your application isn't approved your fee will be refunded in full.
I didn't receive my confirmation email
Check your junk or spam folder first - and add admin@sconeraceclub.com.au to your contacts so Club emails reach your inbox.
My partner and I share one email address
Each membership needs its own email address for its own login. If you're both members, you'll need a different email address each - a free Gmail or Outlook address works fine.
I got to the payment screen but didn't finish
No problem - just head back to the renewal or application page and start again. Your membership isn't active until payment is complete.
I've forgotten my password
Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and a reset email will be sent to you.
Can I join or renew without doing it online?
If you'd rather not complete it yourself online, contact the Club office and someone will happily walk you through it over the phone.
